The Harvest Moon Hideaway @ Gore Trail is at the top of Wildernest, at 9700’ elevation. After taking the first westbound exit past the Eisenhower-Johnson tunnel, you have less than 3.5 miles until you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views in a warm, cozy mountain décor condo. Sit and relax in front of the fire, on the deck, or in the clubhouse hot tubs – you won’t ever want to leave!  

The Arapahoe National Park is across the street from the clubhouse, boasting great hiking trails, and with 5 ski slopes within 30 minutes, convenience is no problem. 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, Copper or Keystone, 30 mins to Breck and Vail; all accessible via the FREE Summit Stage shuttle that stops across the street.

After a day enjoying the outdoors, head back to the hot tubs and clubhouse for some down time. The views from the hot tubs are not to be missed.

3 Night minimum. Cleaning fee of $150 is waived for stays of 4 nights or more.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.

MESSAGE FROM THE OWNERS

  • We ask that NO SHOES are worn inside the condo, so bring your favorite slippers.  We also ask that NO SKIS, POLES OR SNOWBOARDS be brought inside the condo.
  • NO SMOKING in the condo.  Should you wish to smoke, please smoke on the deck, and please be courteous with your smoking, use the ashtray and don’t flick your ashes over the deck. The Harvest Moon is 420 Friendly, so if it’s bitter cold on the deck feel free to smoke some of Colorado’s finest in the kitchen, and as you would do in your own home, please watch the embers and ashes. No cigars, cigarettes, or pipe tobacco may be smoked inside the condo no matter the temperatures outside.
  • The Summit Stage is a FREE Summit County bus service, that stops across the street from Gore Trail.  The Stage is a convenient and economical means of getting to the slopes, dining, and shopping.  They will even transport your skis, snowboard, & bike, but be patient if you’re going to any of the ski slopes, they will have several stops to make on the way. 

HIGH ELEVATION SUGGESTIONS

  • Drink a lot of water – you do not want to get altitude sickness! 
  • If you bring any liquids, gels, etc., such as make-up, ketchup, shampoo…, remember that you are at 9700 foot of elevation at the condo and the change in pressure can make these containers erupt when opened – just a word of caution! 

Directions

GORE TRAIL         91099 Ryan Gulch Road                  Bldg. 1 – Unit #B4

I-70 West to Silverthorne Exit 205, 1st exit after Eisenhower Tunnel
Go right off the exit ramp, then take a left at the first light, which is Wildernest Rd.  (There is a 7-11, a Wendy’s, and the Silverthorne Outlets at this intersection.)
Go to 2nd light and turn left on Ryan Gulch Rd.  Go 3.0 miles up Wildernest Rd. (turns into Ryan Gulch Rd) to our complex, GORE TRAIL, which is on the LEFT, turn in and park at the 1st building.  There is one assigned/covered space per unit (marked with B4 above the space).

NOTE: If you use a GPS ap to locate the condo, it may INCORRECTLY tell you to turn to the right at the top of Ryan Gulch Rd., instead of left into Gore Trail.
